Like any American, traveling occasionally is just what I love doing and I bet you share the same stuff with me. But traveling does not mean that you would be safe. Escaping from our job and other stressful activities is just something that w Torres del Paine is among the biggest of Chiles national parks, occupying almost 600,000 acres (242,000 ha) of land in the south on the border with Argentina. It is also among the most important, receiving a significant proportion of domes
The province of Saskatchewan is synonymous with wheat and with good reason. It is the greatest grower of wheat not only in Canada, but in North America. Describing this prairie province as flat and vast is completely accurate. Over one thirst of the country farmland is here. The farmland meets the sky and the only significant skyline view is one with grain elevators and storage houses. But this is far from monotonous, it is a beautiful view of open space, huge skies, rolling cloud formations and at the end of the day stunning sunsets. The calming flatness of the golden fields give way to the province capital city of Regina. Adding yet more variety is Wascana Creek which runs through this commercial, industrial and financial center. This is a city of many parks, the largest of which is Wascan Center. The one thousand hectare area is the dominant feature in the city and aside from the beautiful parkland and artificial Wascan Lake it is also one of the few places in the province that has trees (each one planted by hand). The park is also home to many of the city attractions such as the Saskatchewan Science Center which interestingly is housed in an overhauled power plant. Moved from its original location the boyhood of former Prime Minister John Diefenbaker can also be found there. There are also the Museum of Natural History, the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and the Provincial legislative Building.Saskatoon is a small city right in the middle of the prairies. It is not only a farm trading center, but something of a cultural center for the province as well as a university town. The most exciting attraction in this area is Wanuskewin Heritage Park.
