This new Wi-Fi Direct certified player can connect to other Wi-Fi components directly without the use of a hot-spot.THE CONS: Unfortunately the LG BD670 does not have any built-in storage space to download BD-Live content. If having on-board storage space is important for you, check out LG BD690, it is basically the same player as the BD670, but has a 250 GB Hard Drive. A USB device with at least 1 GB of memory will need to be used with the player to download such content. There are no 7.1-ch analog outputs. Disc loading speeds are a little slower than the average speed of the 2011 players.THE FINAL WORD: The BD670 maybe LG’s best Blu-ray Disc Player in its 2011 line-up.
