Saturdays lineup at the Wireless festival will be as exciting as the other two days, and with an emphasis on dance beats, electronica, funk and dubstep. Get ready to be hip-notized and funkified with an astounding roster of some of the hottest sounds around.Headliners The Chemical Brothers need little introduction as they (Tom Rowlands and Ed Simonds) have been cranking out hit records for two decades. From the big beat scene to todays eclectic mix of influences, the Bros have managed to accumulate 5 number one UK records along the way. No one can compete with their distinctive approach and few can cover nearly as much musical territory without losing focus or cohesion. The Chemical Brothers are simply astounding and are completely unrivaled in their field.A perfect complement to the rest of the lineup, Chase & Status are the current Drum n Bass and dubstep kings, with their second album, No More Idols, still stirring up the dance charts. Im guessing there could be some surprise guests included in their set, but thats sheer speculation. The Streets, aka Mike Skinner, is still a powerful musical force a decade after his first release, Original Pirate Material, but he has announced that his latest effort, Computers and Blues, will be his last under the moniker The Streets, making this a farewell gig, of sorts.Aphex Twin brinks a slightly darker edge to the lineup, but Richard David Jamess sometimes disturbing musical expressions are tempered by an undeniable depth of creative juice. Also included in the roster for Saturday are Chromeo, Katy B, Janelle Monae and around a dozen other acts, making for an almost exhaustive amount of killer grooves and beats - but hey, whos complaining?Better book those rooms soon in nearby hotels - already it may not be easy to find a vacancy in a Hyde Park hotel, but there are plenty of other options, such as hotels near Covent Garden or in Soho.
