Nike Company claimed that the movement is going to occur in the first quarter in 2014. "Shangpu-the world guide" project is located in Shanghai's two largest airport, Hongqiao airport and Pudong airport. The transportation around the headquarters is quite convenient. Building along with the main traffic hub and the subway station, the headquarters connect with Shanghai's metropolitan area. The location is originally the airport facilities, next to Shanghai's unique Ecological Conservation Park. The design depends on the United States' Green Building Council gold standard with the international top architects and environmental consultants. Tishman Real Estate Company has started the "Shangpu-the world guide" project in June, 2011. The first sale phase of residential area will start in October, 2012. The construction, covered with a total area of 9,700,000 square feet, is a "green community" with a complete service facilities.
