Your strategytip today is about focusing on what you do best. There are some things, some of thosecompetent and incompetent things that youre doing in your business can be betterdone by somebody else. What is that for you? Ive gotten clear in my businesswhat those things are, and I dont do them anymore. Im only doing the stuffthat Im uniquely positioned to do in the business, which means that it growsthe business much faster. The second question is: What is thesingle most important thing that you are lacking in your business that can besupplied by somebody else? I know that in my business, little things likebookkeeping. We all know Ive never been good at that, all the minutia, butlots of other things in the business that is better done by some outsidecompany. Finally, what is the single mostimportant thing that your company, you your business provides that otherpeople are incompetent at doing. One of my unique abilities is showing peoplehow to make a lot more money in their business and set up marketing sequences,and an authentic marketing message that has people say, Oh my gosh, thatsexactly what I need, and then scaling their businesses and multiplying theirincome.
