That’s why they are always looking for aprofessional advice and search for the best marketing strategy. They often askquestions how they can cut cost and how to find a best practical get targetmarket response through direct mailmarketing?The best way to overcome this issue is that businessowners need to find out their best consumers. They should focus on thisquestion that what are their best consumers? After motivating their bestconsumers, they need to find the people and companies that are similar innature. Clean your mailing list by simply following these criteria;·        How much they have spenton your product and services?·        How much profitable eachconsumer is for your company?·        How you satisfy yourconsumers with your products and services?·        Are they satisfied withyour products and services?The consumers that fit above criteria are the bestconsumers. Find the attributesof these top consumers and look for the trends. You can purchase outside lists to findthese companies and contacts as a supplement to your database. Contact your best consumers and thank them for theirprevious business and tell them that you know they have not bought from you fora long time. Ask them, if they feel any problem with your products and services.Encourage them that their feedback will help you to take corrective action. Itis your responsibility to making them feel that they are special preferredconsumer only.  By acknowledging, offersubstantial discount to them for their next purchasing. This offer willencourage them to buy again from you. Next, you have to focus on the group that has currentlyor previously inquired about your product and services but they neverpurchased. The people who inquired have actually longer term needs so they canbuy from you in near future. So, stay in touch with them. To get response in larger percentage, it is advisableto use postcards. Postcard marketing is the first step ofmarketing. After using postcardmarketing, you can use other marketing strategies for follow ups.  Just focus on the above guidelines, you willdefinitely get higher response of your directmarketing campaign.
