There is no limit to the types of items you can offer here, and you can even allow your customers to choose their own item—for example, give them the choice between a mug or mouse mat for their free gift.Special EventsItems for special occasions—such as a gift for a client who places a very large order or signs an important contract, or a gift for a client or staff member who is celebrating an important occasion in their personal life—will typically be much more valuable than any other type of gift.
