Awhile ago, I got an email from one of the "gurus" I follow and it shocked me. The gist of it was this person wanted to trade services for a household item.To say it floored me would be an understatement. What was worse was a few days later t Automation technologies represent a fundamental aspect of any modern industry. The major types of industrial automation solutions, such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and MES, are used on a large-scale in process and discrete industries.DCS technologie
It has been a long time since Ive written an article, so excuse me as I shake off the rust. I have something to say today that should open a lot of eyes and make people think about Internet Marketing as a whole butaffiliate programs in specific. Ive been online now for about 5 years or so. Ive seen a lot of people and or programs go in 5 short years. TodayIm able to see a clear picture of whats really going on in the Internet Marketing community. I couldnt say that 5 years ago. Back then I was as green as I could be. I joined every free affiliate program I could with the dream of Internet Millions like most of the newbies coming online today. I quickly learned Dreams dont pay the bills. Im sorry to say most affiliates today have a Lottery Mentality. Again, I was the same way. Lottery Mentality means they just want to get a ticket. Whats even worse, is that Online they dont even have to pay for the ticket. All they have to do is sign up. Do you see the analogy Im drawing here? Remember that long line at the corner store where all the old women buy their precious lottery tickets? Well, that represents the affiliate community as a whole.Think about it. How many people out of a hundred is gonna hit the lottery? Zip, Nada, Right? Could you say the same for affiliates? At present, 95% of affiliates dont even receive a check. Of the 5% that get one maybe 1 percent or less is making any real money. You know, checks to brag about and not the 2 dollar checks so common today online. Dont get me wrong. Im not totally against affiliate programs as a starting point for a person to test his online marketing metal. Common sense should tell you that if you cant sell a brand new ebook from the great Marlon Sanders or a Corey Rudl, what makes you think one written by you will sell. Hey, maybe it will, but I would say the odds are similar to those of the lottery, slim to none. The truth is: If you dont have your own email list of prospects you probably wont be driving the pink limo that you keep dreaming about. If your not testing your ads before you drop a couple of grand on banners (Dont Do It!) or ezine ads you probably wont reach the Best Sellers List any time soon. If you dont establish a relationship with the people you email you probably wont be voted The Most Popular Marketer On The Internet. You might even get thrown off.Well, lets get to the main course: If you are not controlling the game with either Resell Rights or Creating Your Own Product the numbers show that youll probably be eaten alive by the Sharks in this huge ocean called Internet Marketing. Whatever you do just be conscious of the numbers and just try and put the chips on your side of the table. The game may look like its rigged but you can still win. You really can!
