When you work with an attorney, you will have no problem reducing the risks associated with getting your case in front of a judge and jury, or other formal court, when you need to. However, every case is different. It is important to work wi Bankruptcy is a situation, wherein an individual is termed as unable to discharge all the debts. When a person or a company is not able to pay off its creditors, it has an obligation to file a bankruptcy suit. In fact, a bankruptcy suit is a
Latin is a dead language;there is no doubt about that. Nowadays, no one speaks Latin as hisnative language; and many Latin language teachers are not evencapable of speaking fluent Latin. However, the Latin language stillplays a vital role in the Catholic Church, in science and in legalsituations. Thus, studying and learning the Latin language issignificant, and it should be included in school curriculum subjects.Although Latin possessessignificance in the world, it has not been included as one of therequired subjects in schools and universities for so many years now.Interestingly, even some prestigious universities like Harvard andthe University of Chicago whose motto are obviously both written andpublicly known in the Latin language, do not require any knowledge ofthe Latin language for admission. If Latin is important andprevalent in human knowledge, why do many language institutions notbother to impart that knowledge to their students? So, why bother?Latin may be important inso many aspects of human existence, but this language itself israpidly slipping away from the surface of the world. Hence, peopleshould be properly informed about the essential benefits of learningthe Latin language. It is partly true thatthe Latin language is partly dead, however, significant authors, especially those that are part of world history such as Shakespeare,Plato and Aristotle are all dead, but we are interested to studyabout their lives and their works. So, I cannot see any reasons whypeople would not be interested in studying the Latin language. Moreover, learning Latinis beneficial; all the Romance languages derive directly from Latinand thus are more easily learnt when one has studied Latin first. Theonly thing is that, Latin language teachers should be capable enoughof teaching other people the Latin language. Since obviously manyLatin teachers are not currently fluent in speaking Latin , theselinguists may not be effective teaching their students. Is studyingLatin helpful for reviving the language? Most probably, it seemsmisleading when we hear about reviving a dead language since the lastspeaker of the Latin language is dead already. In addition, learninga dead language through the help and guide of historical records maynot be an effective way for most language students, and thus, givingproper training to Latin language teachers should be a must, and beimplemented strictly to Latin teachers who are willing to imparttheir knowledge to the community.Latin is a big help inunderstanding many languages, and thus, learning Latin would bebeneficial in learning other languages as well. Perhaps, it may beknown to everybody that Latin is pretty much dead in the world, butthe truth is that many people dont notice that many of their localwords are somehow derived from Latin words. Thus, Latin is stillalive but many people are simply not properly aware of it, and thusnot interested in learning the Latin language, which makes the Latinquite distinctly dead.
