Repeat several times.4.Rotation of the eyeballs: Close your eyes and turn around eyeballs in clockwise and then anti-clockwise direction. Repeat this exercise for 10 to 15 times.5.Up, down and from side to side: Imagine a clock in front of you and move your eyes from 12 to 6 o'clock, from 3 to 9 o'clock etc. Next rotate the eye around the clock in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Then close your eyes.With these exercises you should use eye vision natural remedies like I-Lite capsules.
