Many people who have lipo are not good candidates in the first place because they have too much abdominal skin — removing underlying fat only makes it sag more, leaving the midriff resembling a turkey’s neck. “Smart lipo”, which uses lasers to melt fat, reduces the problem by simultaneously tightening skin — to a limited extent.Polly beak nose Badly performed nose jobs can result in unwanted lumps where the cut surface of bone or cartilage pushes against the skin. One of the most common deformities after rhinoplasty is called polly beak — as in parrot nose.
