If the vagina is not offering the firm grip to your male partner, he expresses displeasure in lovemaking. You need to tighten the orifice and regain lost elasticity. You can make use of herbal remedies for loose vagina treatment naturally. H The technology behind listening devices has improved dramatically in recent years, giving new hope to those with impairment. While still far from a perfect replacement for the natural ability to hear, these devices give those with a disabili
Have you made your list of whats important for the coming year? What would you like to say by the end of 2009 with joy in your heart? What is it that you want to do? Before you get started, think about how you could be setting yourself up for failure. YOU could do this by putting too much on your list, whether its your daily, weekly or yearly "To Do." Ladies you know who Im talking about here, dont you?I used to call all my programs the Do Less Program. We absolutely do put too much in our basket too often. Even though you can competently do them all, whats the cost? Most of the time you can easily fool yourself into believing you can get it all done as well as take good care of yourself. A difficult feat often not achieved. You end up either gaining weight, having sleep problems, or even blood sugar issues, or face adrenal burnout. You name it. Or you may deplete your immune system and you end up with chronic infections, whether its sinus infections, colds and flu, or something more serious like H. Pylori (the bacteria responsible for ulcers). You can easily get out of whack when you have too much on your plate. In 2007 I was busily building my booming practice and was committed to creating something special for my clients. I wanted them to have an experience of not only successful weight loss, but also of looking and feeling great. I wanted my clients to feel special, heard, and supported wholly in their health journey. Along with the focus and attention I gave to every client, I also ran a company requiring my attention as well.Even though Ive been in practice for over 16 years, I was now attempting to build a company that would grow. Despite my continuous devotion to my own health and healing, I was succumbing to burn out. I ended up having health symptoms that seemed to indicate I had an ulcer. I ordered all the necessary tests and sure enough, there it was, H. Pylori, the culprit responsible for ulcers. I now had the answer to my symptoms. However, the recommended treatment was less than desirable. The drugs were actually worse than the symptoms. I did a few more tests and discovered my infection was actually dormant, meaning I may have once contracted it years earlier, but it really wasnt active any longer. Of course, I began my journey and took the route of Healer Heal Thyself, and looked at better options. I am happy to say I have since healed this condition and symptoms are rare. I healed without the use of toxic drugs that were initially recommended by well meaning colleagues. Even though I did try the recommended medications for about two days, I knew would not heal this way. I honored and trusted my own path and my commitment to using as natural methods as possible, and Im glad I did.Sometimes the journey is different than you expect. Sometimes it takes longer than you had hoped; however, you must continue on your path, knowing it is the right path for you.I share my personal story with you to help you understand that you too have your own healing power within you and that healing power takes time. Rushing around, doing 50 things a day will not give you the peace, centering, and the energy you need to heal and calm your mind and body. To ensure long-term health and wellbeing, giving yourself permission to do less is essential. Important insights, clarity, and discoveries are often found in silence, and when our mind is at peace and at rest.Productivity can sometimes be overrated. Try doing nothing at least one day or half a day every week. If you are too busy, you miss a lot more than you think. I am writing this right after taking the time to look at an amazing full moon this month. Im so glad I witnessed its majesty and unbelievable largeness! Look around younotice things.Remember as you start making your list, give yourself time, dont rush through it. Always make cherishing your special moments with your loved ones one of the things, one of the important things, on your list.Give yourself the time to appreciate yourself as well. You are a worthy being, full of so much love, strength, and wisdom!Heres wishing you a Divine 2009!
