Your meals should be in small portions spread out throughout the day. If you currently eat three times a day, break those meals up into six smaller meals. You need to get the buffet mindset out of your head when it's mealtime. The fourth weight loss tip and probably one of the most important is to be sure to drink ten eight ounce glasses of water a day. And finally, you need to change how you think about food. Instead of "Living to eat", you should focus on "eating to live".When beginning a healthy weight loss routine, it's a good practice to consult with a doctor to determine if there are any preexisting medical conditions you need to be aware of. It would be a real motivation killer if your new lifestyle begins to negatively affect your health because of a condition you were not aware of.
