Lesions are more common on the limbs than the trunk; the hands and feet, genitalia perianal areas are favourite sites. Lesions may occur around the mouth or the eyes. Drugs like tinidazole, metronidazole clarithromycin and even cetrizine have been found causing fixed eruption.
