He is one of the best singers whose songs become very popular and he has great fan
Jolanta Talaikiene was educated at the Lithuanian Academy of Fine Arts in Vilnius. At the time, the school was under Soviet control, and artists were expected to exist within a certain cramped framework. She felt stifled. “It was strange and unacceptable to me,” Talaikiene says of that time. For years she repressed her creative instincts, assuming that everyone saw the world the way she did, but simply kept it inside. When she relocated to the United States, Talaikiene felt an outpouring of all the accumulated but unexpressed work she’d been carrying. She began to paint, trusting her own instincts, sharing a vision that has been uniquely gifted to her.A surrealist vein runs through Talaikiene’s work. Her palette is consistently cool; she likes to paint with the colors of the moonlight. Informed by the myths of myriad nations and ages, as well as the collective effort called science, Talaikiene seeks the answers that tease all of humanity: who are we, where did we come from, and where are we going?Jolanta Talaikiene lives and works in the United States. The show puts Japanese experiments with abstract textures in ink next to Mexican hyperrealistic oil portraits of real-life figures. There are fantastical manipulations of the female body in wood from Armenia and Indian contemplations of the infinite in acrylic. Side by side, the pieces challenge us to figure out what they have in common as much as they ask us how they are different. When artwork of this kind of range is presented altogether, an image of the state of contemporary art begins to emerge. Unbound Perspectives is essential viewing for anyone looking for a true survey of contemporary art that is far-reaching yet discerning.
