Why people (especially Oracle DBAs) changes job so frequently in I.T field?Important reasons of why people (Specially Oracle DBA) change their job frequently in I.T field.This is burning problem in information technology industry. Many analysts have been trying to get exact reasons for same problem to prevent such situation.
