Quality Assistant Admin Ontario DESCRIPTIONMaintains scheduling board by ensuring current information posted,prepares/distributes timesheets.Updates/enter Maintenance labour information into Maximo andruns reports for Payroll. Updates/enters Production & Maintenancelabor information into GoldKey for Payroll. Liaises with employeesregarding payroll.Updates/creates Work Orders, PM’s and job plans as required.repairs reports including Maintenance Operating Report,Delinquent report and others as requested.Acts as a resource and provides training in the Maximo system for allMaintenance, Engineering and Production employees, as required.Maintains, organizes and updates Breakdown and Stores workLiaises with the Finance Department to ensure GL Account Codesand Labour Rates are accurate.Maintains Production/Clean PM’s (prints work orders & tags, gives toWTL and requests anything due).Communication/Liaison:Liaises with other departments to ensure timely resolution ofdiscrepancies in quality-related documents and forms.Arranges and participates in various meetings, preparing agendas,anticipating requirements, notifying participants, preparingpresentation aides and taking and distributing minutes.Co-operates or liaises with Quality and Maintenance staff in otherthe benefit to the organization.
