GoSolar Mining and its subsidiaries is now officially owned by its Parent Holding Company, Petros Global Solutions Corp (PGSC)Due to the consolidation of GoSolar Mining and its currently active 5 solar power plants under PGSC, majority of GoSolar Mining’s backoffice and support business will now be relocated to Hong Kong.Go Solar Mining will continue to service its clients without interruption from the consolidation with no loss of management. The CEO Mr. Bergsweinn Logi and its Board of Directors will continue its oversight of the current business as well as its aggressive expansion to other Asian markets. All business operations, concession biddings and future financial disclosures for regulators will primarily be under PGSC as well as all current businesses will be wholly-owned by PGSC. The Gibraltar office will continue its operations as a satellite office to support the group in its Western and Middle-East operations.Further details of the business strategy of PGSC will be provided to the company’s shareholders at the end of the quarter with at the annual stockholders meeting on January 2020.The consolidation of Go Solar Mining’s businesses which brings with it five solar power plants located in UAE, Morocco, China, India and Mexico, is expected to grow to seven solar power plants by the end of 2020.
