There is a huge difference in the price and the companies are able to offer such lower rates as most of the projects are in the pre-launch stage.This is of course an opportunity for the customers as they are getting land plots for such low prices. The companies in the affordable land layout segment promises that the layouts would have all the amenities and would be completed in 8 to 10 months with facilities like roads, electricity connections, water connections, underground sewage systems, street lights, etc. The amenities provided by such companies are also at par with the leading and famous developers and they include swimming pool, temple, children’s play area and all others. Thanks to these companies who has discovered the need for the people of owning land at affordable prices and the market in this segment is expanding at a never before pace. The veteran realtors advise that people desirous of investing and reaping the surge in prices of Bengaluru should act now lest all the land plots are exhausted.
