One of them is the Pulsar 300, a device that can be used to bind documents containing up to 300 pages. Using this machine isn't particularly difficult. Just follow these instructions: Place the Pulsar 300 on a sturdy flat surface such as a desk or countertop. Lift the lid of the machine. You'll notice that there is a comb opener lever on the left side of the device. The lever should be all the way back. Also, the punching handle should be raised so you can begin punching holes in your document. You should punch a few sheets of scrap paper to ensure that you're satisfied with the hole placement.
