Avnish Goyal owns and runs Hallmark Healthcare homes in the UK, focusing on good facilities and high staff morale. In 2006 he was awarded newcomer of the year in the Eastern Eye Asian Business Awards, which honours those who are at the forefront of the Asian enterprise.He started in the care home business after looking on enviously at his wife's family care homes in South Wales, where he decided to take the leap for himself.
