As we all know to live in this world we have to perform some activity by which we can earn money. There are many activities by which we can earn money and meet the standards to live in this society. And from one of them is franchise. Franc Small offices have unique needs, and thatincludes document shredding. Designed with the smaller business inmind, the Dahle 20314 is a cross-cut shredder that offers Level 3security and brings you into compliance with federal regulations. The
GBC makes a lot of comb binding machines and is known for manufacturing some of the best document finishing equipment on the market. One of the company's newer machines is the CombBind C340. We recently tried out this machine to discover its strengths and weaknesses. Here they are: Strengths: The C340 is compatible with binding combs that are up to 2" thick. That means you'll be able to create documents containing up to 425 pages. Some of the things you can bind with this device include financial reports, instruction manuals, and employee handbooks. This machine can punch up to 25 sheets at once, which is an excellent amount. The C340 has two features that make it easy to punch your documents: a document separator and auto centering system. The document separator helps divide your pages into equal piles for easy, jam-free punching while the auto centering system ensures the paper will be properly aligned before punching. The C340 has a D-shaped handle that's easy to grasp and helps keep punching and binding as comfortable as possible. Thanks to the handle's shape, both left- and right-handed people can use this device without any problems. This machine looks great thanks to its contemporary styling. Both the lid and handle can be folded down so you can save room when storing the device. The C340 punches the same hole pattern that's needed to bind with GBC ProClick spines. Thus, you can use these supplies if you want to give your work a different look and/or edit it at a later date. Finally, the C340 comes with a 1-year warranty just in case you end up needing to have it repaired or replaced. Weaknesses: The C340's main weaknesses is that it contains a lot of plastic parts. That means it's probably not suitable if you need a machine that can withstand a lot of heavy-duty use. This machine lacks disengageable dies and an open throat so you won't be able to use paper of varying sizes. You'll need to stick with letter-sized paper when working with this device. Although the C340 is equipped with a document separator and auto centering system, you can't control the depth of punch margin. Overall, the GBC CombBind C 340 is a good comb binding device that makes it easy to process letter-sized documents. This machine has a couple of really great features such as the document separator and auto centering system. These features make it easy to punch your documents quickly so you can finish binding them. Also, it's great that the C340 has a user-friendly punching handle and that you can bind your work with ProClick spines if you want. However, you'll need to think about this device's couple of weaknesses in mind, especially if you're seeking something for heavy-duty use or a machine that will work with different paper sizes. If you decide that the C340's weaknesses aren't problematic, then be sure to check this machine out. Happy binding!
