As we all know to live in this world we have to perform some activity by which we can earn money. There are many activities by which we can earn money and meet the standards to live in this society. And from one of them is franchise. Franc Small offices have unique needs, and thatincludes document shredding. Designed with the smaller business inmind, the Dahle 20314 is a cross-cut shredder that offers Level 3security and brings you into compliance with federal regulations. The
Strengths: First of all, the PC-2005has a certain amount of rarity on its side. There are a large number ofspiral coil binding machines on the market that punch in a 4:1 ratio, but your choices are limited for 5:1 machines. The PC-2005 has youcovered in that regard, which is a good thing. Seeing as how pitch five to one pitch coils are only available to youat sizes up to an inch, the PC-2005's electric inserter can be usedwhen you are binding any document with all of the available sizes offive to one coils. As we have come to expect fromall of Rhino's line, the PC-2005 is a durable, rugged machine that ismade of metal components, and as such should provide you with manyyears of use. In fact, the only thing we found that might ever needreplacing at all is the rubber wheel that is located on the coilinserter. With a name like Rhino, you would expect the machine to betough, and by all appearances it is. We reallyliked the unique design of the PC-2005's coil inserter, and found thatit made inserting coils of all different lengths a rather simpleprocess. This versatile unit can be used with elements that range insize from six to thirty six inches long. There is a handy and effectivechute on the right side of the machine that helps you guide the coilonto your document, and there are also mandrels that will help youensure that the coil will spin into the book every single time. Thereis even a handy guide that helps you to keep the book in perfectposition during the insertion process. Weaknesses: Wewere surprised that for such a tough and rugged machine, the PC-2005has a relatively small punching capacity of around twelve pages of 20lbpaper at a time. Depending on how you are going to use the PC-2005 thismay or may not be a problem. Lighter duty users should get by with noissues, but if you are in a higher capacity production environment, youmay find that the PC-2005 will slow you down a little bit. We were unpleasantly surprised to find that, for some reason, Rhinomade the PC-2005 able to insert longer coils, but did not include anydisengageable dies on the punch. This means that any user who attemptto punch documents longer than eleven inches will end up with anincomplete hole on the edge. We are truly a little bit puzzled at thisomission. Though the PC-2005's innovative designmakes is well-suited for handling coils that are of a longer length, the inserter is still quite a bit more difficult to use than a typicalroller coil style. That doesn't mean it's inferior, just that therewill be a bit of a learning curve until you are able to achieve thekind of pace you may have been used to with the roller style ofinserter.
