As we all know to live in this world we have to perform some activity by which we can earn money. There are many activities by which we can earn money and meet the standards to live in this society. And from one of them is franchise. Franc Small offices have unique needs, and thatincludes document shredding. Designed with the smaller business inmind, the Dahle 20314 is a cross-cut shredder that offers Level 3security and brings you into compliance with federal regulations. The
This is off topic for me because I normally write about computers and applications. This article is an exception because I am hearing it quite often from friends and relatives. The issue is about hiring managers. Most of these people don't have a clue how to hire anyone. They look at certain people and think: "that outfit is not flattering on him or her" instead of finding out if that person has the required qualifications. If that person did not have the skill set, then why were they called in for an interview?Personally, I think that hiring managers are the reason that so many people are out of work. There are tons of jobs out there that are not being filled. Not because there are no people to fill them, but because the hiring manager may not have found anyone they went to school with, or have yet to be introduced to their friend's friend or relative.Until hiring managers get a clue in how to hire people, the unemployment rate will continue to be high. There are loads of qualified people out there, but there are loads of unaware and biased hiring managers.I remember going to an interview at the age of 19 and was told that I was "over qualified". Just recently, I checked out a local employer's job board and they wanted someone with 10 years XP Pro experience. Another farce is: "Entry Level Programmer with 10 years experience, and please don't apply if you don't know these 15 programming languages". Get real! All they have to say is "Programmer with 10 years experience who wants to be paid $7.50 an hour" - GET TO THE POINT!!One thing I want people to keep in mind is: if you are not hired because a hiring manager did not seriously view your skill set, look at it as their loss because you are bound to make an employer happy that he or she hired you later.Bill Gates' former employer told him he would be nothing. I bet Mr. Hiring Manager ate his words whole.Anyway, I am done ranting and raving. I am sure that most of you know what I am saying about the hiring game that is being played over and over again.
