Do youwaffle on the commitments you make? Maybe you make promises to yourself to cleanyour house or exercise regularly. You get started, but then in time, it fizzlesout. This lack of commitment often stems from a self esteem issue.I saw aspeaker this year who talked about this exact topic. She said, Commitment equals results. Ifyou want to lose weight or get more clients, you need to look at your level ofcommitment around whatever it is youre striving for.The resultsonly come from your level of commitment. Youve heard me share the John Assaraf quoteand Ill paraphrase it here. If youre interested, you do whats convenient.But if youre totally committed, youll do whatever it takes.
