NLP Neurological Level is the powerful NLP framework developed by Robert Dilts, based on the neurological levels proposed by anthropologist Gregory Bateson. This framework provides the understanding of how human behaviors could be changed by using the hierarchical with 6 different levels. These 6 different levels of Neurological Level start from the lowest level of Environment, Behavior, Capability, Belief/Value, Identity, and to the highest level of Spiritually, or Connection to the world. Here is how these levels are conceived:1) Environment: (Where, When and with whom you doing things) - What are the external influences on you? What we are react to the our surroundings2) Behavior: (What you do or say) This is what specific action done by you, any behaviors has been carried out.3) Capabilities: (How we doing thing) This level is about the abilities, skills, talents & knowledge that we have and it lead to a series of action and behaviors.4) Belief / Value: (what is meaningful and important for you?) Belief is what is true to you, and the value is what is important to you. Belief and value normally are operating behind the scene or in sub conscious level.5) Identity (Who you are) This is relate to who you think you are? Because of all your actions will be derived from your sense of who you are.6) Spiritually (what is you highest purpose in life) This is the highest level of the hierarchy, this is all about the connection to the larger part of the system as a whole, or we call it world.According to Robert Dilts, Neurological Levels is a model to be considered as a system. Changing an attribute of one level may or may not affect the upper levels. However, changing an attribute at the upper levels will always affect the lower levels.
