However women usually adopt some form of skincare regimenwhereas men ignore themselves. All you need to do is to shop for a few itemslike a cold cream, a lip balm, a hand lotion and a moisturizer for dryskin.The parts of our body that mainly suffer are thecheeks, forehead, hands and feet. First of all, it is advisable to haveyour face steamed twice a week to keep the skin moisturized. In myprevious article I have mentioned the procedure. Then once a fortnight,go for a full body steam at some health club or gym. If you add mentholwith it, it will also help keep you clear of influenza. At home, do soak your feet in warm waterfor about 15 minutes. Add a little bit of mustard oil and salt in thewater. Special foot salts are also available in the market.
