Imean, really, how do we know? It is the vaguest question any article title canpose to the reader but it is something this article will try and tackle. There is a checklist, a general one though, that you can use to assess yourlife. Yourmind is a powerful thing and it is sopowerful, that it can actually be either the cause or the downfall or yourexistence. The thing is about people nowadays that they go about life thinkingthat the time to enrich the mind ended when you left college. The time toinvestigate the mind and its potentials stopped once you no longer needed tolift up a book. Constantly your mind is learning and good or bad, life entrenchesmessages in your subconscious - messages that define your behaviour, yourattitudes and your emotions. Who you are as a person, as an individual, as alover, as a worker and your future is completely determined how you nurtureyour mind. Areyou where you want to be? Are there any negative thoughts that have creepedinto your brain, things you wanted to do and passions you wanted to pursue inyour life? Have you ever imagines yourself as somebody else, dreamed of thingsyou felt you never could pursue anymore because of various reasons and excusesthat seem to crop up and things that seem to get in the way of your pursuit. Theseare just some of the questions you can ask yourself. How truly do we know wherewe are in life and how positive are we that this is the route we chose forourselves, by our free will and now steered into because of reasons that seemto be out of control. Carpe Diem - is a meaning that can only be translatedand not really understood by most of us. Dont just look up the meaning ofthose two words; live it! Seize the day! We live in fear, and that is somethingwe cannot deny. Fear we will lose our jobs, fear we will fail, fear of theworld around us and the unknown. No one has NO fear in their life. But riseabove your fear, rise above your doubts and seize the day. Fearcan be useful but the root of that fear is important. I wont ramble on, but Iwill leave you with a proverb that someone left me a long time ago - if success is a road, then we have nevertruly arrived.
