We are in a very different time with everything going on with the global economy. Everybody has been impacted one way or another. The stock market has dumped...impacting the upper and middle class. The access to credit is beyond limited...impacting upper, middle, and lower class. Businesses are dropping off by the millions. Leaving everybody from CEO's to minimum wage clerks and laborers without jobs. The housing market...well we don't need to even go there. You get the point. We are in such a time that change is definately needed. Business will forever be different. Now having said that, this isn't all bad. It just means we need to look at things, well...differently. Conventional wisdom should be thrown out the window in order to adapt to these oh so different times. Actually, this should be viewed as Good Times considering the opportunity this gives for the aspiring "Entrepreneur At Home". This should be viewed as the golden timeline to succeed! When nobody is hiring, what better time to hire yourself? When nobody else believes in you, your belief in yourself to become an "Entrepreneur At Home" is all that matters! Right now is the time to reach for the stars and become who you have always aspired of being and to acquire what you have always dreamed of having. What has held you back in the past? Security? Well, there is no excuse there now. The economists estimate 790,000 people will lose their jobs in 2009 alone. Unemployment is at an all time high. Do not get sucked into the mindset that everything is dismal. Why not take advantage of these times, rather than allow the times to continually take advantage of you. It is time to take control of your life and stop being controlled. Yes, fear is natural, but once you understand how to overcome that fear and think outside of conventional wisdom, it is then that things will make a 180 turn for the better. You can then begin to live the life you deserve without limits! If you aspire to be an "Entrepreneur At Home", then you must take advantage of our current economic condition.You can not lose sight of the fact that you control your own destiny. It is so important to realize this, especially now. Take control immediately and establish a game plan. Write down your goals or objectives and your plan to attain them. Remain consistent and never quit. The road will not be easy, but the rewards will be worth it at the top. Take the Little Engine That Could's saying of "I Think I Can" & replace it with "I Know I Can"...And You Will!Experience the life of free enterprise during your journey as the "Entrepreneur At Home". Rather than buying into the talks of The Great Depression II, take advantage of this time and use it to your benefit. Surround yourself with like minded individuals and keep the negative mindset out of your life. You will soon see that you truly are who you surround yourself with and this is a direct relation of who you are. Keep the positive vibe around and things will present themselves. Even when there is a wrinkle, having the proper positive mindset will allow you to deal with it and grow from it. If you choose to keep the negative vibe around, and no matter the situation, because of this negative mindset you will never grow to who you deserve to be. Remember, as the inspiring Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "Great Minds Talk About Ideas, Average Minds Talk About Events, Simple Minds Talk About People"You Have A Great Mind, Use It.
